1.) Pharmacist

Location: Nigeria

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy with two years’ post-NYSC.
  • Hospital Pharmacy and Patient counseling experience.
  • Inventory management experience
  • Supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
  • Fellow of the West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacy will be an added advantage.

2.) Materials Management Engineer/Advisor

Location: Nigeria

Skills and Qualifications

  • 15+ Years’ experience in Materials Management
  • BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or Supply Chain Management preferred
  • Broad understanding of project execution and materials management principles, theories, and concepts
  • Willing to business travel or relocate to project sites (domestic / overseas)
  • Management experience on major project preferred

3.) Offshore Operations Lead

Location: Lagos

Main Functions

  • Manage and administer offshore installation execution teams (on-vessel management teams).
  • Responsible for offshore installation execution quality and Management of Change (MOC) technical endorsement
  • Responsible for installation vessel staffing
  • Key contact for offshore incident response case management

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Controls Operations related expenditures, participates in the development of the Operations budget for equipment and facilities in liaison with management
  • Carries out investigations into repetitive equipment failures, directing the collection of information and participating in specific equipment monitoring surveys.
  • Coordinates the planning & execution of equipment overhauls
  • Reviews work of contractors involved in projects to ensure Corporation standards are being met.
  • Prepares incident reports as required
  • Monitors, assists, and advice to progress, or review, the development of trainees.
  • Investigates requirements for plant improvement schemes
  • Reviews operational procedures and submits amendments for approval.
  • Prepares evaluation reports for immediate subordinates and reviews those prepared by them covering all other staff.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 20+ years’ experience in construction or offshore installation support of the oil and gas industry
  • 10 years of offshore installation experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in a supervisory position, preferably in an offshore platform
  • Familiar with maintenance work control, contracting, budgetary and cost control procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and common E-mail systems
  • Fluent English
  • Good interpersonal relation and managerial skills to analyze and solve problems onsite within his capacity.
  • Should be able to handle offshore emergencies as an on-site team leader
  • Exercises a high degree of discretion in deciding work priorities and uses initiative to resolve technical and administrative problems.

4.) Logistics Personnel

Location: Lagos

Main Functions

  • The logistics personnel would be responsible for delivering operational strategies and objectives to ensure the organization operates successfully and meets its desired goals.
  • He or she would responsible for identifying and evaluating supplies, arranging for transportation of purchased goods, identifying and developing strategies for addressing logistical barriers, monitoring use of materials and resources, and ensuring quality record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance of equipment and facilities in his care
  • Keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.
  • Recording and maintaining files and records of vendors, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
  • Transporting and receiving invoices and items
  • Managing the company’s commercial operations and various expenses and budget.
  • Other duties as may be assigned by management.

Key Requirements

  • Must be able to drive and must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must have excellent administrative and good time management skills
  • Must possess excellent writing and communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a high paced environment with timely delivery of all assignments given.
